The CSFE Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating and developing engaging course materials and training solutions tailored to support essential government and defense operations. This position requires working closely with subject matter experts to verify technical content and to convert training needs into meaningful learning objectives and resources. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a comparable field and have a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in instructional design or curriculum development. A proven track record in Navy training, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital content creation tools, is necessary, along with U.S. citizenship.
