Job description
**Job Title: Lead Developer**
The Lead Developer will play a pivotal role in delivering technical guidance for an essential ColdFusion and SQL Server application, taking charge of development efforts, resolving issues, and implementing system improvements. This individual will mentor other team members, perform code evaluations, and work closely with stakeholders to guarantee successful production releases on a weekly and monthly basis. Candidates should hold an active Secret clearance and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 7 years of direct experience with Adobe ColdFusion. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is essential, alongside strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and experience in maintaining legacy applications.
