Job description
The specialist will act as a key expert in health and welfare benefit programs, overseeing compliance, managing vendor partnerships, and facilitating system integrations. They will also be responsible for championing employee education efforts, resolving data inconsistencies, and assisting with significant projects such as Open Enrollment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years focused on benefits administration, and must be skilled in using Workday. A bachelor’s degree and CEBS certification are highly regarded, as well as exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
