Job Summary
The Supervisor will lead the daily cleaning operations within the dealership, ensuring that all facilities uphold superior standards of cleanliness. This role involves training the cleaning personnel, overseeing work quality, and managing necessary supplies. Additionally, the supervisor will engage in practical cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily janitorial activities.
- Train and develop cleaning staff to meet operational standards.
- Ensure that dealership facilities are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies.
- Conduct work quality inspections to ensure excellence.
- Perform hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties when necessary.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in custodial work or a supervisory role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
