Job description
The Customer Experience Professional will assist wholesale accounts by overseeing order management, addressing account questions, and supplying product details. They will foster enduring relationships with clients through regular follow-up and proactive engagement with their accounts. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities. Basic computer skills and the capacity to adhere to an onsite work schedule are also essential.
