Carol Stream, IL
$20.33/HR
Onsite, (M-F): 8am-4:30pm
The Customer Service Representative will provide frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Customer Service Representative Functions:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate and helpful information or solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the resolution.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer inquiries.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Experience in an admin/clerical experience
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
