Job description
Assist clients with the research, organization, and reservation of hotel accommodations, while delivering precise details about amenities and pricing. Keep thorough records of all interactions and work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional service quality. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities, a professional attitude, and basic computer skills. While prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
