Job Summary
The Cut & Wrap Associate in the Cheese Room is responsible for the precise cutting and wrapping of various cheese products, ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the process. This role is crucial in supporting the cheese production team and assisting with inventory management while adhering to both company policies and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently cut and package cheese products to meet production schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with product inventory and ensure proper labeling of cheese items.
- Monitor quality and report any discrepancies in products or packaging.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in food handling and production is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
