Job description
The Product Manager will oversee both deposit and retail lending offerings, taking charge of managing product features, strategic roadmaps, and fostering partnerships across various functions to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, crafting business cases, and ensuring that all solutions are compliant and reportable throughout the organization. To qualify, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area and have a minimum of three to five years of experience in product management or consumer financial services. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and leadership excellence to handle product pricing, strategy development, and cross-departmental collaboration.
