**Job Title: Dietary Aide**
The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in the preparation and serving of delicious, high-quality meals to residents, ensuring that both kitchen and dining environments are kept clean and hygienic. This position involves assisting with inventory control, equipment sanitation, and ensuring adherence to all relevant food service operational policies. Applicants should have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, as well as engage courteously with residents and team members. A minimum of one year’s experience in a long-term care setting is desirable, alongside the physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
