The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, while also ensuring that kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols are adhered to. This position involves fostering positive interactions with both residents and staff to deliver exceptional service. Applicants should have completed high school or have an equivalent qualification, along with a valid ServSafe or Food Handler certification. The job entails the physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and to carry out repetitive tasks within a kitchen setting.
