Job Summary
The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and adheres to sanitation standards. This position also involves fostering positive interactions with both residents and staff to enhance the overall quality of service provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain sanitation standards at all times.
- Interact courteously with residents and staff to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is needed.
- Must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended durations.
