**Dietary Aide**
The Dietary Aide plays a key role in meal preparation and service for residents, ensuring that all kitchen safety and sanitation protocols are followed. A positive interaction with both residents and staff is crucial for delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a current ServSafe or Food Handler certification. This position also demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds and to remain standing for extended durations.
