Job description
The Program Director plays a key role in overseeing residential or day programs tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities, which entails both direct care responsibilities and supervisory tasks. This position encompasses the management of staff, operational functions of the programs, coordination of medical services, and budgetary responsibilities for the designated sites. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a human services-related area and a minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have at least two years of management experience and must hold a valid driver’s license.
