Job Title: Direct Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide personalized, one-on-one support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, aimed at promoting independence and helping them reach their personal goals. This role involves serving as a mentor and role model while aiding clients with daily tasks, ensuring their safety, and facilitating their integration into the community. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services discipline like education, psychology, or social work is highly desirable. Applicants should have experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and must hold a valid driver’s license.
