**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional provides essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their everyday activities. This includes helping with personal hygiene, preparing meals, and reminding them to take medications. Additionally, the role involves organizing recreational activities and keeping precise records of progress while working closely with the care team. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have experience working with individuals who have disabilities or behavioral issues. A valid driver’s license and California auto insurance are necessary for travel within the community.
