Job description
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing safe, effective, and autonomous nursing care to patients undergoing ortho/neuro surgeries, guided by the AACN Synergy Model. Their duties include conducting patient assessments, formulating care plans, and acting as a resource and advocate for both patients and their families. Applicants must possess a current Georgia Registered Nursing license and either a BSN or ADN degree, along with 12 to 24 months of recent nursing experience. A BLS certification is mandatory, and additional certifications, such as ACLS, may be required depending on the specific department.
