Job description
The Director is responsible for the daily operations of the Case Coordination and Support team, focusing on effective triage and handling of reports concerning abuse, harassment, and discrimination. This role includes supervising investigations conducted at schools, advising on compliance practices, and establishing metrics to track trends across the district. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline and a minimum of seven years in child welfare or crisis response. Furthermore, candidates must bring five years of leadership experience, with at least three years in direct supervision, alongside a solid understanding of Title IX grievance procedures.
