Job description
**Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel**
The Senior Legal Counsel will act as the primary legal advisor for Retail Health, offering comprehensive legal guidance on matters related to regulatory compliance, the corporate practice of medicine, and patient safety. This role involves working closely with senior management to pinpoint business risks and to successfully manage projects while ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. Applicants should hold a Juris Doctorate degree, have admission to practice in at least one state, and possess a minimum of 8 years of legal experience gained in a law firm or healthcare environment. A deep understanding of healthcare regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark Law, and False Claims Act (FCA), is essential, along with superior skills in communication and negotiation.
