This position leads multidisciplinary teams focused on ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining safety standards, and complying with regulatory requirements, all while advancing capital initiatives and operational enhancements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in regulated manufacturing settings. Proven experience in aseptic processing, development of maintenance strategies, and leadership of technical teams is essential.
