**Job Title: Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability**
The Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability is responsible for the oversight of technical performance, adherence to regulations, and lifecycle management of aseptic manufacturing equipment and operational technologies. This position leads multidisciplinary teams focused on ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining safety standards, and complying with regulatory requirements, all while advancing capital initiatives and operational enhancements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in regulated manufacturing settings. Proven experience in aseptic processing, development of maintenance strategies, and leadership of technical teams is essential.
