Job description
The Director of Implementation & Build is responsible for ensuring the health of a wide range of customer implementations, managing a team of five managers throughout this process. This position entails enhancing operational workflows, communicating risks to executive leadership, and acting as the main point of escalation for intricate customer challenges. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years in implementation or professional services, along with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity, including leadership of other managers. Proficiency in operational discipline, collaboration across various functions, and the ability to scale organizational structures is essential.
