Job description
**Director of Manufacturing**
The Director oversees the transformation of manufacturing processes from initial development through to complete production readiness, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. This position is responsible for guiding the long-term manufacturing strategy, managing capital and operational expenditure planning, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to support sustainable growth. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable discipline, alongside a minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering operations. Additionally, candidates are required to have at least 5 years in a leadership position and experience in complex, high-stakes environments.
