Job Summary
The Nursing and Clinical Department Director is responsible for overseeing the operations and coordination of nursing and clinical services, ensuring that all practices conform to the required organizational and regulatory standards. This role entails budget management, staff hiring, and the development and execution of clinical care delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing and clinical department functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory mandates.
- Administer departmental budgets effectively.
- Facilitate staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement and evaluate clinical care delivery models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Active Registered Nurse license is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare administration.
- Experience in hospital management specifically within an acute care environment.
