Job description
**Job Title: Agent Layer Engineering Lead**
In this role, you will take charge of the complete agent layer, encompassing context engineering, the creation of self-learning systems, and the implementation of self-repairing workflows. You will also establish engineering standards for agent development and play a key role in assembling and leading the team dedicated to these systems. Candidates should have 2 to 9 years of software engineering experience, particularly with practical experience in developing agentic software in a production environment. Proficiency in TypeScript is essential, while familiarity with Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, and LLM tooling will be regarded as a significant advantage.
