**Director of Human Resources**
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership within the HR department, focusing on employee relations, compliance issues, and the development of the organization. This position collaborates closely with leadership to foster a hospitality-centered culture while ensuring compliance with all company policies and relevant employment regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline is necessary, as well as a solid understanding of employment laws and HRIS platforms.
