Job Summary
We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in collaborating with hiring managers in Salem, Oregon, to streamline the recruitment process. This position involves the oversight of onboarding coordination and ensuring that all necessary HR compliance and resources are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Manage onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate the necessary HR documentation and resources for onboarding.
- Support various functions related to healthcare and human resources as required.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance the talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a human resources framework.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with managers and candidates.
- Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations related to onboarding.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
