**Director of People & Culture**
The Director of People & Culture is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits management, and adherence to regulations within a high-end hotel setting. This role involves being an integral part of the executive leadership team, championing strategic efforts focused on organizational culture, diversity, and workforce development. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in HR leadership, ideally in the luxury hospitality industry. A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable, along with expertise in HRIS/Payroll systems and robust financial and strategic planning skills.
