**Director of Special Projects**
The Director of Special Projects acts as the main field representative for parish schools, ensuring that strategic planning efforts are executed with rigor and accountability. This role involves fostering collaboration among principals, pastors, and school commissions to promote operational sustainability while aligning with the goals set forth by the Archdiocese. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years of advanced experience in educational leadership, organizational development, or change management. A bachelor’s degree is essential, with a strong preference for candidates holding an advanced degree in educational leadership or organizational management.
