**Job Title: Director of People Systems and Operations**
The Director of People Systems and Operations will oversee and enhance the strategic and operational aspects of HR technology, data accuracy, and process automation. This role involves collaboration with various teams to refine the employee experience and implement an AI-driven strategy in People operations. Ideal candidates should possess over 8 years of advancing experience in People Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity focused on managing HRIS and related systems. Strong expertise in global HRIS platforms, data analysis, and change management is crucial for success in this position.
