**Director of Resident Screening Programs**
The Director is responsible for offering strategic direction and governance for resident screening initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and effective risk management throughout the multifamily portfolio. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to streamline screening processes, improve fraud detection methods, and synchronize policies with objectives related to revenue and occupancy. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and 6-8+ years of experience in tenant screening, compliance, or policy formulation. Exceptional leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of Fair Housing legislation and regulatory standards are crucial for success in this position.
