**Director, Respiratory Discovery Research**
The Director spearheads the Respiratory Discovery Research team, establishing and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at creating pioneering respiratory therapies. This role entails assembling a top-tier team, leading efforts in target identification, and overseeing partnerships to enhance the respiratory development pipeline. Applicants should possess an MD/PhD, PhD, or MS and have more than 12 years of expertise in immunology drug discovery, particularly concerning chronic inflammatory and respiratory conditions. A demonstrated history of successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams and propelling innovative drug discovery initiatives is essential.
