Job description
The Utility Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring general cleanliness in the kitchen, which encompasses tasks such as washing dishes, cleaning pots, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Additionally, they oversee the receiving, storage, and proper rotation of food supplies while ensuring that the kitchen remains organized and hygienic. Applicants should be familiar with OSHA-MSDS guidelines, proficient in operating kitchen equipment, and knowledgeable about fire and safety regulations. A keen eye for detail, a team-oriented approach, and the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds are essential for this position.
