**Job Title: Clinical Specialist**
The Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in supporting patient eye examinations by conducting initial diagnostic tests and meticulously recording findings in the EMR system. They are responsible for optimizing patient flow, processing insurance preauthorizations, and educating patients on the proper care of contact lenses. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in an optical or healthcare environment and hold a high school diploma or GED. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to perform well under pressure, and proficiency in data input.
