Job description
**Job Title: ED Patient Care Tech**
The ED Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in delivering hands-on patient care and administrative support in the Emergency Department, working under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Key duties involve tracking patient vital signs, conducting EKG tests, managing medical documentation, and promoting a secure atmosphere for both patients and their families. Applicants should possess a valid Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration and a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with fundamental computer proficiency and effective communication skills in English.
