**Emergency Medical Technician 2**
The Emergency Medical Technician 2 delivers direct patient care in the pediatric emergency department, undertaking tasks such as phlebotomy, wound management, and orthopedic splint application. This role also involves ensuring precise medical records are maintained, collecting specimens, and managing the inventory of medical equipment. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience as an EMT-B. Additionally, candidates must hold a current BLS certification and either be registered with the NREMT or possess a Virginia EMT license.
