**Employment Placement Specialist**
The Employment Placement Specialist is responsible for overseeing personalized skill development and employment strategies, as well as offering career advice and assistance with job searches for participants. This role also entails building and maintaining connections with local businesses while ensuring that all documentation meets funding and accreditation standards. Ideal candidates will possess an associate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of three years of experience in a related position. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, is mandatory.
