This role involves working closely with various teams to improve process efficiency, product quality, and safety measures while addressing any non-conformance issues. Applicants should possess a B.S. or M.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering. A background in a metals-related industry through internships or cooperative education is essential, with a preference for candidates having over one year of professional experience.
