The Welder Operator is tasked with executing structural and thin-gauge welding on low carbon steel while overseeing equipment for any defects. Responsibilities also include upholding safety protocols, conducting regular maintenance on equipment, and ensuring that all projects adhere to quality standards. Candidates should possess experience in MIG welding and be proficient in interpreting blueprints and work instructions. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, along with the willingness to accommodate flexible shifts that may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.
