Job description
**Field Service Manager**
The Field Service Manager is responsible for directing field operations, which encompass the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic network systems. This role entails overseeing both OSP and ISP construction initiatives, managing teams of personnel and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and budgetary guidelines. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline. Required qualifications include proven experience in telecommunications or utility construction, along with expertise in project management and network software tools.
