Job description
Job Summary
The Engineering Manager will lead a dynamic engineering team, overseeing project development and fostering an innovative environment. This role involves strategic planning for technology advancements and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor engineering personnel to enhance skills and productivity.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Engage in hands-on problem-solving while leading technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives.
- Implement best practices for software engineering and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Help establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in software development and 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and practices.
