Job Summary
The Enrollment & Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in advancing a healthcare model tailored to assist seniors. This position is centered on coordinating various services that cater to participants’ needs within the PACE program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating interest and facilitating enrollment from the community, ensuring that the services rendered align with the principles of high-quality care and participant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of the PACE program and its benefits to the community.
- Coordinate enrollment activities to attract new participants.
- Engage with potential participants and their families to provide information about services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to enrollment.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or healthcare enrollment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Montana.
