The Enterprise Risk Manager will oversee various elements of the enterprise risk management initiative, which entails performing risk assessments and guiding organized risk conversations with executives. Additionally, this role involves establishing key risk indicators, creating risk summaries tailored for management, and promoting ongoing enhancements in risk processes and reporting. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area and a background of 5-8 years in enterprise or operational risk management. Attainment of a professional certification such as CRMA, COSO, CRISC, or CPA is mandatory or should be completed within the first year of employment.
