Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst
Remote
$85/HR We are seeking a knowledgeable Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst with strong go-live implementation experience to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role will focus on initiatives that require access to systems for patients, as well as projects specifically involving Cheers CRM.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cadence, Cheers CRM (or former Tapestry CRM), and preferably Hello World, and will be comfortable supporting project-based work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Epic Cadence/Cheers Analyst Responsibilities
- Support and execute project-based initiatives involving Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM
- Participate in and support go-live implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Assist with projects requiring patient access to systems
- Build, configure, test, and support Epic workflows related to scheduling, CRM, and patient engagement
- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend system improvements
- Develop documentation, workflows, and end-user support materials as needed
- Provide ongoing project support throughout the remainder of 2026
Epic Cadence/Cheers Analyst Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Epic Analyst with a focus on Cadence and Cheers CRM
- Go-live implementation experience (required)
- Experience with Cheers CRM or former Tapestry CRM implementations
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly scheduling and patient engagement
- Ability to work independently in a fully project-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification
- Epic Cheers Certification
- Experience with Hello World
- Prior experience supporting large healthcare organizations or enterprise-level implementations
