Job Summary
The Epic Cadence/Cheers Analyst plays a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Cadence and Cheers applications used within healthcare settings. This position involves analyzing system functionality to ensure user needs are met while optimizing efficiency and performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and configure Epic Cadence and Cheers applications to align with organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
- Provide training and support for end-users, enhancing their understanding of the system capabilities.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues and incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest enhancements and updates in the Epic software.
Qualifications
- Experience with Epic electronic health record systems, specifically Cadence and Cheers modules.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities, able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Prior experience in healthcare IT or relevant field preferred.
- Certification in Epic Cadence or Cheers is advantageous.
