Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Overview
The Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork is responsible for the creation and upkeep of training programs, reference documents, and instructional resources focused on Epic Stork to accommodate sanctioned workflow and system modifications. This position collaborates closely with training, clinical, and application teams to ensure the educational material is precise, up-to-date, and accessible to users. The preferred candidate will have a background in Epic end-user training, instructional design, and proficiency with Camtasia, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Stork workflows. Success in this position demands excellent communication and organizational capabilities, meticulousness, independence, and the ability to juggle multiple requests for content revisions.
Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Key Responsibilities
- Update and sustain Epic Stork training programs, reference materials, and instructional content in accordance with approved workflows and system updates.
- Engage with training, clinical, and application teams to verify the correctness of content and ensure materials mirror current workflows.
- Create and refresh engaging and user-friendly educational resources for Epic end users.
- Utilize Camtasia to produce and modify instructional videos and various multimedia training materials.
- Assess and refine existing documentation for precision, clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Handle numerous content revision requests, set priorities, and meet deadlines autonomously.
- Integrate input from clinical and application stakeholders into the training content.
- Confirm that instructional materials adhere to organizational training standards and the sanctioned Epic workflows.
Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and the creation of end-user training resources.
- Familiarity with Camtasia for the production and editing of instructional videos.
- In-depth knowledge of Epic Stork and Epic end-user training.
- Preferred knowledge of Stork labor and delivery processes and/or obstetric clinical workflows.
- Excellent written communication, editing, proofreading, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to convert complex workflows and system updates into clear and concise instructional material.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining content accuracy.
- Able to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage various projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proven experience collaborating with clinical, training, and application teams.
