Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Summary
The Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork will develop and maintain Epic Stork training courses, reference guides, and instructional materials to support approved workflow and system changes. This role partners with training, clinical, and application teams to ensure educational content is accurate, current, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate has experience with Epic end-user education, instructional design, and Camtasia, with strong knowledge of Stork workflows. Success in this role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to manage multiple content revision requests.
Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Responsibilities
- Revise and maintain Epic Stork training courses, reference guides, and instructional materials based on approved workflow and system changes.
- Collaborate with training, clinical, and application teams to validate content accuracy and ensure materials reflect current workflows.
- Design and update engaging, user-friendly educational content for Epic end users.
- Use Camtasia to create and edit instructional videos and other multimedia training resources.
- Review and edit existing materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Manage multiple content revision requests, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Incorporate feedback from clinical and application stakeholders into training materials.
- Ensure instructional materials align with organizational training standards and approved Epic workflows.
Epic Credentialed Trainer – Stork Qualifications
- Experience in Instructional Design and development of end-user training materials.
- Experience with Camtasia for creating and editing instructional videos.
- Knowledge of Epic Stork and Epic end-user education.
- Knowledge of Stork labor and delivery and/or obstetric clinical workflows preferred.
- Strong written communication, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex workflows and system changes into clear, user-friendly instructional content.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with clinical, training, and application teams.
