**Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Supervisor**
The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor leads a team focused on the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of production machinery. This position involves organizing preventive maintenance schedules, upholding safety standards, and guiding team members to achieve production objectives. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding an Industrial Maintenance Journeyman’s certificate. The role calls for 0 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance along with the capability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
