Job description
The E&T Case Manager will facilitate the execution and management of employment and training services by overseeing participant records and related documentation. This role involves working in partnership with workforce allies to help participants reach their job placement objectives via grant initiatives. Candidates should be skilled in operating Windows and Microsoft Office suite, encompassing Word, Excel, and Outlook. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory, along with previous experience in customer service and systems management.
