Job description
The Janitorial Supervisor is tasked with coordinating and implementing cleaning activities, along with managing personnel, supplies, and equipment during designated shifts. This role includes supervising employee training, carrying out facility inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Applicants should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, carry out physical duties such as climbing ladders, and have dependable transportation. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in Spanish will be viewed favorably.
