**Job Title: Business Services Outreach Specialist**
The Business Services Outreach Specialist is responsible for discovering employment opportunities for program participants and nurturing relationships with employers to ensure effective job placements. Additionally, the specialist offers continuous retention services and organizes career-focused workshops to enhance participant success. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years of experience in fields such as sales, staffing, or workforce development. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry skills, and an understanding of workforce programs and labor regulations.
