This includes supervising staff, adhering to licensing regulations, and driving marketing initiatives. The individual in this position is tasked with delivering excellent care to clients with high needs while achieving both profitability and enrollment goals.

- Deliver high-quality care to high-acuity clients.

- Provide after-hours support and maintain a strong on-site presence.
