Job description
The Sterile Processing Technician plays a crucial role in the decontamination, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization processes of surgical instruments and medical supplies. This position is essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while assisting with daily operations and fostering effective communication with hospital personnel. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandated, with a preference for candidates who have completed a Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist program. Applicants should hold current certification in sterile processing or have a minimum of two years of pertinent experience.
